Funding

Fiat Deposit

• There are two options to deposit funds into your account, a credit card transaction or a wire/ACH transfer
  • Under the "Credit Card" tab, select the proper account and input the amount you wish to deposit, name on the card, card number, expiration date, and CVV 
    • Funding of $20,000 or more via card processing must be verified by our team first before being available to trade with
  • Under the "Wire" tab, select the proper account and input the amount that was transferred, which currency it was, what date it was posted, and the reference number for the transfer
    
    • All wire/ACH transfers must be verified by our team first before being able to trade with

Fiat Withdrawal

• Enter the specified amount of fiat money you would like to withdraw from your account to a specified bank
  • Please note that a bank account must be linked to your account if you wish to withdraw funds to it

Coin Deposit

• Deposit other coins or cryptocurrencies using this function
• Click on Get Address to get the address of your vault on the State Stox NY platform
  • Once retrieved, you may send tokens or cryptocurrencies to your vault via entering the address manually or scanning the QR code with your wallet app

Add bank account

• Fill in the details to add a bank account to your account

Bank Account List

• View a list of your linked bank accounts

Coin Withdrawal

• Enter the amount of coin to withdraw to your wallet on a different exchange

Funding History

• View a list of all previous funding activity
