View Broker's Investor List

this article explains how to view the broker investors list on the StateStox platform.

Instructions

Steps:

1. On our Brokers account, on the left menu, click on Investor Info > Investor List:
   
   

    

2. A new Investor List tab will open:
   
   

    

3. You can use the Agent search tab to locate and specific investor:
   
   
   
   

4.  After selecting an investor from Agent list, click on the Refresh button:
   
   

    

5. The result would reveal your investor’s information, and 3 action buttons:
   
   

    

6. These 3 action buttons allow you to: 

   1. See the selected investor’s KYC Progress

   2. De-Activate the investor

   3. Re-set their 2-factor authentication
