How can I buy a token not offered by my broker?

In general, an investor has access to trade in a token only if their broker is allocated to the market; this goes for both (STO) and the secondary market.

An investor can see the market pair but can't participate unless their broker is allocated to that market.

Investors can ask their broker to see if they can get allocated to that market. Then upon approval, a broker can be allocated to the market and will enable his investors to participate.
