You can request a physical certificate for your tokens. We can place the request for the token certificate with the custodial bank and have that mailed out to you directly. Requests for token certificates usually take 1-3 business days to be mailed. Clients must confirm if they'd like to get a certificate for their tokens in order for us to submit the request.
